Philipp Fischer is a Partner at Lenz & Staehelin's Geneva office and a member of the Banking and Finance group. For over 17 years, he has advised financial institutions — including banks, securities houses, insurance companies, collective investment schemes, trustees, and external asset managers — on Swiss banking, financial, and data protection regulations.
Philipp began his career as an Associate at Lenz & Staehelin (2004–14), including a stint as a visiting lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York (2009–10). He later became a Partner (2014–16) and Founding Partner (2016–25) of a Geneva-based law firm before rejoining Lenz & Staehelin as Partner in 2025. He holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (2009, specialization in International Finance) and a Licentiate in Law from the University of Geneva (2004).
He is a member of the Executive Committee of the CAS in Digital Finance Law (University of Geneva), the pool of arbitrators of the Arbitral Tribunal of the SRO for Anti-Money Laundering, the Continuing Legal Education Commission and Bar Exam Commission of the Geneva Bar Association, and serves as Vice President of the Harvard Law School Association of Europe (and former President of its Geneva chapter, the Harvard Club of Switzerland).
Philipp is a prolific author on banking, financial regulation, and data protection topics, with recent contributions to CapLaw, the Revue suisse de droit des affaires et du marché financier (RSDA), and swissprivacy.law, among many others.
Chambers & Partners (2026) describes him as having "a unique vision of the law" and being "always one step ahead," calling him "an exceptional lawyer."

Frédéric Neukomm is a Partner and Certified Tax Expert at Lenz & Staehelin, based in the firm's Geneva office. He specializes in company tax law and tax law for high net worth individuals, with in-depth expertise in private client matters.
Frédéric joined Lenz & Staehelin as an Associate in 2005 and was admitted as Partner in 2013. He was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2005 and qualified as a Certified Tax Expert in 2006. He holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University (2003) and a lic. iur. from the University of Fribourg (2000).
He is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Swiss Association of Certified Tax Experts (ASEFiD/SVDS), and the Ordre romand des experts fiscaux diplômés (OREF).
